Dr. Mohd Akhtar Ali Ansari is a skilled orthopaedic surgeon with extensive experience in joint replacement, arthroscopy, spine surgery, and trauma care. He completed his MBBS from Gauhati Medical College, Assam, followed by MS Orthopaedics from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, where he also served as a Senior Resident in the Department of Orthopaedics.

With more than 6 years of independent experience, Dr. Ansari has performed a wide range of surgeries including hip and knee replacements, arthroscopies for sports injuries, spine surgeries, and complex trauma procedures. His expertise also covers computer-assisted and robotic navigation surgeries, which enhance precision and patient outcomes. He has been actively involved in both elective and emergency orthopaedic care, managing outpatient services and trauma emergencies effectively.

His research work includes a prospective randomized trial comparing medial and lateral pivot knee designs under the guidance of senior faculty at AIIMS, New Delhi. In addition, he is engaged in ongoing studies on pain management in arthroplasty and rare complications in joint replacement. He has contributed to several publications and is preparing case reports and randomized trials for academic journals.

Dr. Ansari has presented at multiple national conferences and attended advanced training programs such as AO Trauma courses, arthroplasty workshops, cadaveric training sessions, and international spine deformity courses. He remains committed to continuous learning and adopts global best practices to refine his surgical skills.

Over his career, Dr. Ansari has independently performed and assisted in hundreds of surgeries, including knee and hip arthroplasties, spine procedures, arthroscopies, deformity corrections, and trauma reconstructions. His strong interest areas include primary and revision arthroplasty, sports injury management, spine surgery, and complex trauma care.

Recognized for his academic achievements, Dr. Ansari has also received awards for excellence during his MBBS and has been an active member of professional societies such as the Delhi Orthopaedic Association and the Indian Orthopaedic Association.
